Jesus-shaped health.
Everyday life.
How we think, speak, move, love, and lead is part of how we follow Jesus.
A movement of people
healthy to help.
To see people become Healthy to Help—living like Jesus in how they think, speak, move, love, and lead.
And to multiply simple Biblical Wellness Microchurches that bring this way of life into everyday spaces.
- Health is based on Scripture—not culture.
- Faith is lived, not just learned.
- Bodies are stewarded—not worshipped, condemned, or ignored.
- Minds are renewed—not anxious, overwhelmed, ambivalent, or flooded with lies.
- Relationships are sought after, intentionally grown, and restored—not taken for granted or surface-level.
- Everyday people carry this way of life into everyday places.
A way to practice.
A life to share.
01We Follow the Way of Jesus
Health starts with Him. Not judgment. Not culture. Not trends.
We practice:- Looking at how Jesus lived relationally, physically, mentally, and spiritually—then living that way
- Choosing active formation over passive information
- Letting God define what “healthy” means
02We Train Our Bodies with Purpose
God sent Himself to us in physical form. Jesus had a body—and so do we. We care for our bodies so we can show up fully for the people God called us to serve.
We practice:- Movement as worship, not punishment
- Fueling for energy, not coping or forcing
- Rhythms of rest, not constant productivity
03We Renew Our Minds with Truth
We don’t let our thoughts run our lives—we train them.
We practice:- Replacing lies with Scripture
- Breath prayer and meditation on God’s Word
- Awareness of what we’re consuming mentally
04We Love People Like Jesus
Health isn’t just personal—it’s relational.
We practice:- Present conversations over distracted partial listening
- Forgiveness over resentment
- Choosing connection when it would be easier to avoid or withdraw
05We Live Spirit-Led, Not Self-Obsessed
We don’t body shame our way to health—we walk with the Spirit.
We practice:- Inviting God into our daily rhythms
- Listening before reacting
- Trusting His leading over our impulses
06We Choose Growth Over Comfort
Jesus didn’t live a comfortable life. Transformation can’t happen without challenge.
We practice:- Leaning into what stretches us—not avoiding it
- Staying when things feel hard, not retreating
- Growing together—not in secret, not in isolation, not in pride
07We Keep It Simple So It Can Multiply
If it’s too complicated, we won’t show up for it, which means we won’t share it, so it won’t spread.
We practice:- Simple daily rhythms: RPMS, 7Ms, Simple 7
- Consistency over intensity
- Living it in a way others can actually follow

Come live it
with us.
Scripture. Prayer. Movement. Shared meals.
Simple rhythms create space to grow together and carry what we practice into the rest of our week.
